For an actionable workbook report, include:
- The canonical chapter or lab URL and heading, or the exact example source path; identify Memory, Tan, Extensions, Continuity, or the unified editorial section.
- Content revision omp-workbook-2026-08-30.1 and edition source date 2026-08-30, plus any original source date stated by that chapter.
- The sentence, code fragment, or browser interaction you believe is wrong.
- What you expected and observed. Separate unified-reader behavior, the fictional Memory lab, recorded source evidence, and an actual local OMP operation.
- Your relevant OMP version or source revision when the issue concerns runtime behavior.
A story stage or lab observation is not evidence that real memory changed, a tangent completed, an extension ran, or a session was resumed, forked, reset, exported, or shared. Source downloads are not live sessions or records of your machine. Historical provider/TUI proof counts do not describe new integration checks. Explain which environment produced your observation.
Keep private material private
Do not paste access tokens, authentication files, private transcripts, environment secrets, unpublished code, or identifiable account data into a public report. Review exported material before sharing it; readable does not mean safe to publish. A small redacted reproduction is more useful than a full private workspace dump. The public workbook cannot inspect your installation or collect diagnostic files for you.
The privacy page explains the unified checklist and the Memory lab's separate local lesson state. Clearing either does not reset OMP or erase real memory. For browser reports, identify whether you used window.ompWorkbook on a reading page or window.memoryTutorial on /labs/memory; their IDs and revisions are not interchangeable.
Workbook issue or upstream issue?
If the prose, a source example, a broken link, or the reading interface is the problem, report the workbook location through its sharing channel. If you have reproduced a software problem in an applicable upstream version, review the Oh My Pi repository and its issue guidance before filing there. Do not assume maintainers support this independent workbook or its documented custom-build behavior.
There is no product pricing, purchase workflow, physical service address, or business-hours promise associated with this page. It is independent educational material, not OMP product marketing or a session, cloud, or MCP service.
